If your interested in weight pull the first thing you need to do is get your dog evaluated by your vet to make sure the dog can handle weight pull.  Not every dog is built strong enough for the sport.  After getting your dog evaluated and being sure your dog can compete look into getting a training harness and a custom made harness as well.
